Reginald is a seasoned professional with 26 years of retail management experience and a strong academic background.

Reginald holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His educational journey also includes studies at both Birmingham Theological Seminary and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Beyond his career in management, Reginald is an Ordained Elder, mentor, teacher, and motivational speaker, with a deep commitment to making a difference. His ministerial experience spans global mission work, including a trip to Uganda in 2022 and Jamaica in 2024, where he worked to share hope and inspire change.

A passionate advocate for literacy, Reginald believes that every child deserves the opportunity to dream big. His dedication to this cause led him to become a self-published author, starting his writing journey in 2020.

To date, he has authored 15 titles, many of which are featured on Amazon.com. One of his most notable works, “I Am Black History”, is in partnership with the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, helping children around the world connect with history and celebrate diversity.

Reginald’s mission extends beyond the written word. His interactive books have reached young readers in Kenya and Jamaica, sparking creativity and joy through international missionary partnerships.

Currently serving as a Chaplain at UAB Medical West, Reginald resides in Bessemer, Alabama, where he continues to inspire and uplift others through both his faith and his work.
